On the main floor there is a second bathroom with single vanity sink and shower/tub combo. The large common area has plenty of seating with access to the back deck that includes two lounging chairs and patio seating for four with table. The fully equipped kitchen is located just off the living room and includes modern appliances to make a home-cooked meal on those evenings you don’t feel like venturing out. The dining area has comfortable seating for 6 guests. The washer and dryer is located on the ground just off the covered seating area with plenty of comfortable seating for the perfect place to mingle with your friends and family. *Please note that the elevator is for owner use only. * COMMUNITY & BEACH Take a boat ride from the resort for $10.00 per person to any dining establishments along the Destin harbor, or a short walk to a relaxing day at the beach. DINING & SHOPPING With lots of shopping nearby, you will have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir or gift or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to the Harborwalk Village or just a few miles away is Destin Commons Shopping Center. Both of these districts offer shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best fishing in the Gulf. OTHER AMENITIES & OUTDOOR Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools (2 heated during winter), 6 lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course free of charge for guests to enjoy, a boat ramp and marina, 2 restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe; Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or relax in the breeze. PARKING Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per condo. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels will be required to park off-site. NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out. FOR YOUR SAFETY We practice rigorous standards in compliance with CDC cleaning guidelines, providing a safe home to keep our guests healthy and homes clean. Please contact us if you have questions. PLEASE NOTE You MUST be 25 years old or older to rent this property. This person is required to stay during the entire stay. Reminder: Pets are not permitted on Sand Piper Cove or public beaches. DEPOSIT: Major Credit Cards Accepted - 33.33% of rental required upon confirmation of all reservations as deposit (min $300). Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. PRICING: The rates above do not include 11% FL and local sales taxes, a 6.5% booking/amenities fee, and a $59 - $99 (based on the size of the property) accidental damage waiver and the cleaning charge (varies by unit from $100-$350) which will all be added to your reservation. All of these fees and taxes ARE INCLUDED in the price quote you get from our website. Rates DO include clean linens and towels when you arrive and include a cleaning after you leave. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay. A mid-week clean is available for an extra charge during your stay. Please report any cleaning issues within 1 hour of arrival so they can be addressed. Reporting sand in your tub after you have stayed there 2 days will not be cool ;-) Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
