CANT BEAT THIS LOCATION AND SPOT!

Great time of year and wonderful home for my family and I. The swimming pool was sensational, the house is well-equipped and spacious. Walk to town, ocean, beach, we hardly left Deerfield Beach island!

This single-family home is located on a quiet residential block between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Guests can enjoy 'beach life' while feeling like a local. A nearby park which includes a playground, pavilion, and basketball court is just 500 feet away. Other walkable amenities (other than the beach , of course!) include a local church, fishing pier and walking promenade, surf and water sports shop, bicycle rentals, dining and nightlife PLUS SO MUCH MORE! Ideally situated between West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale airports, guests can commute to the house easily with a taxi or uber. We suggest even taking a day trip to either destination, or head further south to Miami and South Beach.
