You can see the ocean while laying in bed! The other 2 bedrooms have views of the intracoastal waterway and also partial ocean views. Sliders from the Master BR and the Family Room lead to a large Balcony right on the ocean. Enjoy your meals on the Patio with the built-in grill. The back balcony has sweeping views of the intracoastal and is great for viewing the fantastic sunsets. Entertainment: There is a flat panel 42' LCD TV in the family room with HD Blu Ray DVD player, library of DVDs for your enjoyment, Wii game system with games and many books for your reading pleasure. There is also a 32' LCD TV in the Master and 32' LCD TVs in the other 2 BRs. Decoration: The unit has been professionally decorated with luxury furniture and accents. Included: Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is included except your clothes and your suntan lotion. For your convenience, this condo comes with many items already available such as linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, etc. The pictures that you see are of the actual unit you will be renting.

Don't trust

We booked the condo for a family vacation in August of last year. We received an email from Trip Advisor on Feb 24, 2020 that Chris had cancalled our reservation. No reason was given. I contacted Trip Advisorand was told, he had rebooked with someone else. I am guessing for a increase in price. My wife told me that what I had learned was "his word was not any good.

Perfect place and time to rent. There was 6 of us...4 adult and 2 kids To rent 2 standard hotel rooms and not having the interaction with the grand kids that we did at this condo would have lessened our trip. A tad expensive for us civil servants but it was well worth it .. 100% we will go back again when family in town... Spacious, beautiful views.on both sides.... Pool and hot tub... basically private beach when we went .. Only negatives were... Sliding door to both balconies need to be fixed... or you'll get stuck outside as we did... luckilyother inside to.open door from inside... ...they need attention.. change the rusty handles... Jeep beach week... who knew this was a thing ...but like the nice contact at condo said. It ends today ( our first day).and they will be gone tomorrow... she was 100 percent right. So check the special events... Beach week Jeep beach week Bike week Black bike week Truck week.. Yes lots of weeks. But our week was empty beach week... Perfect!!!! Also "Love bugs" killed the atmosphere on a few days... maybe after rain is when them came on the balcony..... Other then those things that can't be controlled by this condo. That's it... Parking space convenient... Just great... Just really a great place.. Others in same building selling for $800k,-1 million.. not sure this ones value but it was a million dollar place to us.... Thanks!!!
