Welcome to the Hart's Place!
Bella Piazza is a resort community with nicely built condos surrounding lush landscaping and communal pools. Our villa is located on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite.
There is plenty of parking and access to the villa is gained by a central walkway. The front entry leads directly to the kitchen which has granite tops and black appliances. There is an electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser and bar seating for 2 people. For added convenience, laundry facilities are discreetly tucked away in a service closet.
The open-plan main living area features a dining table that seats 4-6 and comfortable sofas arranged around a large flat-screen TV. French doors open to a cozy patio with seating for two, overlooking the pool and close to BBQ facilities—perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors.
The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, patio access through French doors, and an en-suite bathroom with an oval tub, separate glass shower, twin sinks, and WC. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, sink, and WC. The third bedroom, with twin beds and a flat-screen TV, is adjacent to a full bathroom featuring bath/shower, sink, and WC. Each bathroom is modern, with elegant granite finishes.
The resort's communal pool offers ample lounge chairs for sunbathing, and there is a fenced children's pool with fun water features.
