The wraparound balcony offers the most beautiful views directly east where you see nothing but water/boats/beach or directly north where you see water/boats/beach/pier/rocket launches/cruise ships/the city.
All furniture, beds, bedding, and linens have been recently updated. The dining room offers a table that comfortably seats 8 people and kitchen is well equipped. Master bedroom opens to the balcony so you can enjoy the ocean breeze. Four flat screen TV's & WiFi available throughout condo.
Beach chairs, toys & towels are provided for your enjoyment.

Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.
Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.

To say the place didn’t disappoint is an understatement! What a gorgeous 3 bedroom condo full of everything you could possibly need for your vacation stay on the beach. It was easy to book, easy to communicate with the owner, Jennifer, easy instructions to arrive and depart, which made my vacation easy-going. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to see a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comforts of the balcony. I was even lucky enough to watch a launch... Bonus!!! Can’t say enough and looking forward to staying here again soon! Thank you for sharing your condo!

There are plenty of places to eat, shop, explore in walking distance. Downtown Cocoa Beach with all of its shops and restaurants is only a 20 minute walk on the beach or the sidewalk. Lori Wilson Park is a half block north of Sandcastles.
Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to the Orlando area and home of the world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop. Port Canaveral and Jetty Park are a quick 15 minute drive.
Cocoa Village is 10 miles West of Cocoa Beach on StRt 520. Lots of cute shops, boutiques, restaurants. Cocoa also boasts a live theatre and has a lovely park that sits next to the Indian River.
