We just finished buying new furniture, doing a little paint work and preparing everything for a perfect vacation experience. The location is superb, just a boat ride to the Gulf!. The view absolutely beautiful. The house is spacious, modern and comfortable. You can't expect anything better for your well deserved vacation. We have 4 TVs in the house, wireless internet throughout. Two bedrooms have a king size bed, one bedroom has a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 bunk beds with each a full and a twin size mattress. 2 bicycles available for the kids with helmets along with toys to keep them entertained. Bringing the little ones, no worry this home has a baby fence for the pool. Come and stay, play and don't delay...experience Villa Coral Harbour! Cape Harbour with its restaurants, bars, shops, and marina is just around the corner. Camelot Isles with a public tennis court and a playground as well as Publix and Subway are within walking distance. The beach of Cape Coral is not even 1 mile away. Please note: Prepaid electricity is a separate fee and is included in your total reservation cost. You will see this as a separate line item on your reservation detail cost.Gross overages beyond $15 per day can be subject to additional utility fees to be charged to the guest. Horrible

Arrived to find the house dirty. We as guests had to remove clumps of hair from random places, but the lanai and pool were the worst. Had to hose down the pool area because it was disgusting only to find beer bottle caps, hair accessories...More

Had tons of fun but furniture needs replacing

Love the area and the pool. the house was clean and suited our needs. Our family had a fantastic time. I am not sure it is worth the price as 80% of the furniture is garbage. Pictures don't show what it is really like. Not...More

Nice house,, needs more regular maintenance
