This is a near new, large, 5 bedroom home on a canal in Cape Coral, Florida. Gorgeous, near new, 5 bedroom/5 bath home on a cul-de-sac with wide canal. The home has a huge game room with pool table and a loft with a piano and library/office set up with wifi. It has a family room with large flat screen TV and electric fireplace. The stunning Living room is 21 feet tall with gigantic chandelier. This home is in a very prestigious area called Peninsula Point. This is a dead end street that makes for a lovely place to walk early morning or late at night. Includes 2 Bicycles and a Kayak. No Parties or wedding receptions. Sorry, neighbors in exclusive culdasac live there full time, and we have had trouble in the past. But Villa Renee is great so any other types is guests and families.

Wonderful Short 3 day stay.

Had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral. Would highly recommend. The hosts were response and nice. And no hidden fees, or charging for electricity. House was clean and everything was working. Thanks our family enjoyed the house very much.
