Fun, quirky space great for 2 people. Location is fantastic — so close to Millerton and not far from the Berkshires. Owner was helpful and responsive. Would definitely go back.

Perfect stay
We stayed here for a change of pace from working remote from our home in NJ and to get in some snowboarding at Mohawk Mountain. The Barn was exactly as advertised. I highly recommend The Barn, especially if you are a musician (we are not!). The property was clean and the driveway was plowed after a snow storm. The host was very accessible, proactive, and helpful. We are considering going back next month. Thank you Richard for a cool unique cozy fun stay.

The Barn is great for 2 people. It’s open and airy, and the 2nd floor has lovely light.
We quite enjoyed our couple of months here. Our landlord was quite attentive, answering questions and providing for our needs. Our son came to visit for a few days, and said it had great charm. We agree.

The Barn
Absolutely loved our 3 nights at the Barn. We took an impromptu ski trip to Catamount and Ski Butternut, and stayed here. Gorgeous area with local lakes and hills, and pretty drive up Under Mountain Road to Ski Butternut. The Millerton-Lakeville-Salisbury corner of the world is special, with abundant natural beauty, wonderful restaurants, antiquing, pretty old homes, local movie theatre, Hotchkiss events.
Could not have been happier about our choice. The Barn is beautifully decorated, and so cozy and inviting. Perfect feng shui. Did not want to leave. It was bitter cold the weekend we stayed but the pellet stove made the Barn warm and lovely -- honestly tempted to skip the skiing and stay "home" in the Barn and read, listen to music, sip coffee. The owner was thoughtful and responsive. Wonderful, relaxing 3 days. Hope to go back.

Great trip
We loved staying at the Barn. Loved the open warm feeling of the Barn. The pellet stove added really nice warm ambiance. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great short stay

Lovely weekend
We had a great experience renting this property.
It was beautifully kept, cozy with just gorgeous light upstairs in the morning and late evening..
I love the open plan style and everything was perfectly organized and functional...
My kids and dog loved it too..
The surrounding area is idyllic..
We are looking forward to a return trip in the Fall.
