Beautiful house and in a great location. We had 12 adults for a long weekend and the house worked well for our group. The kitchen is a bit tight but fully functional. Having a second full size refrigerator was a plus! The living rooms and dining room area were comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed time on the large screened in porch and playing pool in the den. Overall it was nice stay and great for a large group.

The house was a perfect fit for a weekend with old friends and our small children. The rooms were bright, airy and comfortable. Plenty of space. Everything was clean and updated, yet also warm and cozy. The kitchen was a little small considering the size of the overall home, but it was workable and equipped with everything needed to cook meals. The driveway was large, perfect for scooters. The backyard was also a large space for the kids to run around and play. Proximity to beach and public golf course a bonus.

Lovely property /Well managed
This home was perfect for our family reunion- adults from France, Senegal, Miami, Boston and California gathered for the first time in years. Although there were 7 adults and 3 children, we had plenty of space for quiet conversations and gathering around the dining room table for meals. The children loved the close proximity to the beach. Highly recommend

Nicely managed, spacious and well-appointed home, and perfect location.
The family enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the beautiful walks to Avery Point for sunsets. The home is terrific for families with plenty of beds/baths, pool table, social spaces, nicely appointed kitchen, and responsive management. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Beyond expectations
We gathered for my son’s college graduation weekend. We LOVED 152 Tyler. This home was spic and span clean, beautifully furnished, outfitted with Matouk towels, excellent mattresses and lovely clean linens. The lawn, screened porch, beach a short walk away made for PERFECT collective space. We LOVED the game space, pool table, video hand screen and chairs. Really, we could not think of anything at all that would improve our experience. We are so glad we found this rental!

Absolutely amazing property and fantastic host!
This property had everything we were looking for to celebrate a bride to be with a group of women. It was so CLEAN! Not to mention spacious and near Mystic with so many fun things to do. The host was very responsive and attentive. We honestly could not have asked for a better weekend. Thank you!
