A beautiful New England mountain home that would easily accommodate a nice sized family. Secluded enough for an anniversary trip for just 2. Any concerns or issues over the weekend were swiftly resolved through open communication with the property owners. Winter weather restricted any outdoor excursions but even still we were able to visit nearby towns to see local sites. We would definitely rent again in the future.

We loved our stay at the Goshen Glass house. The house and surrounding areas are beautiful and it is very well kept. It is well stocked with everything you could need too!

We were looking for a small get away and we left wishing we had more time there. The fire place was stocked ready to go. The space was super private and we felt able to relax and be ourselves. We found ourselves not wanting to leave all though there was a few places close by. Having the guidelines in book form was great though at times hard to read. We were able to figure it out and hope to come back! So mad we never played with the hoop.

It starts with the beautiful location in a peaceful place surrounded with colorful trees and natural surroundings. The house is well equipped with top brand appliances which includes all that is necessary. The glass design offers the tranquil view of the tall colorful trees and leaves. All rooms are comfortable and well designed. Definitely one of the best locations I have ever been in. I want to thank our host for their generosity and for their warm, clean and inspiring property. Fabulous house for the price ! Easy to check in and navigate - great instruction manual 100% correct - answered any question you could think of. Cooks kitchen fully stocked . Comfy furniture. Even tho it rained the whole weekend the windows made it feel like we were outside anyway. Owner checked in and was super responsive and helpful. Delightful stay.

Home was perfect for a secluded getaway with friends.

My original intent was to leave a good review with some feedback. Even with some issues I would have recommended to stay here. However, after my latest communication encounter with the owner and the shadiness of taking part of our deposit, my vantage point has changed. The house was big, comfortable and very clean except the upstairs bathroom. It looked like the cleaners forgot to clean the tub. The kitchen was fully stocked and tons of towels. However, there were a few obstacles. The stove burners didn’t work except two. The oven must be because it took twice as long to cook up some recipes so allow extra time for cooking. The propane tank ran out when BBQing dinner so we had to shift it to kitchen since we were not aware of charcoal that was available to use the other grill. The biggest issue was that the dishwasher was broken. We loaded it up before we headed to the lake for the afternoon and the dishes were not clean and there was water at the bottom. Our hunch was this may have been broken for a bit because we had to do a rinse of the dishes from the cabinet before use as they didn't seem to be fully cleaned. There were small little things and even these bigger issues didn't bother us and my review would have mentioned them but focused on all the great things. However, our last communication encounter when listing above obstacles and asking if a credit could be issued the response was that part of our deposit was being charged for "breaking house rules". This was quite upsetting because all of the accusations were false. The claims made in how the house was left were absurd and flat out lies. It was stated that the kitchen was a wreck, the hot tub cover wasn't closed, trash wasn’t taken out and cigarette butts were in the front that required 3 extra hours of cleaning. Of course we can’t prove this since we didn’t document the excellent shape we left the house in. I personally closed the hot tub cover after its last use (and we rechecked it before we left), the kitchen was spotless with all recycling and trash thrown away, every single dish was cleaned, and the only time we were even in the front was going to the car from the house to drive somewhere. Meanwhile, there were about 10 trash bags in the front/side house, which could have very well had disposed cigarettes and to be accused of that among all the other things when we spent a lot of time ensuring everything was in place. This was a great choice for our weekend getaway to teach our child to ski at nearby Mohawk Mountain. The house was cozy with all of the amenities. We spent the weekend cooking in the kitchen which was open to the cozy fireplace living room. We had great weather for a soak in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Felt like a home and the owner was always available to answer questions or to help. Thank you so much for sharing my your home with us!
