The owner was super responsive and helpful in answering questions. The house is nice, it's big, and the kitchen is modern and great for cooking. The view from the patio is also nice. HOWEVER, the house lacks furniture for your group to relax and hangout. The TV room has a small futon that can seat 3 and that's it! You have to bring in a lawn chair to add seating. The living room has an awkward couch that will allow you seat 4, but because the back is low, it's difficult for your group to socialize in that room too. The other issue is that the 4th bedroom does not have a door. However, that room was great for our kids to play and we made due to the non-door. The outside is nice and I wish they had a table on the patio to eat outside. There is a basic outdoor couch with a table that will actually seat 6 people, so if its nice out, that's where you want to be. All in all, I'd say we were fairly disappointed with the living space, but the owner was great and if you are with a smaller group 4 people or less, then the house will be fine, but if you're with a group of 6 or more, the house only works if you do not plan to spend any time there.
