We have it all! Our newly renovated Waterfall Apartment is located walking distance to everything downtown Grand Junction has to offer. Our apartment is located minutes from downtown's shopping, dining, the Convention Center, Colorado Mesa University, the Colorado National Monument, nearby wine country and other recreational opportunities.
We have a great outdoor area that can be enjoyed throughout the year. The waterfall table is winterized from November through April.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Walking downtown is safe any time of the day or night and gives you access to lots of great restaurants and shopping.

Grand Junction is easy to navigate and has very little traffic. The house is centrally located so getting anywhere in Grand Junction is easy.
We are surrounded by beautiful mountains and the Colorado National Park is only about a 8 minute drive. There is plenty of hiking, biking and dining to experience as well as great weather most of the year.
Getting around
The apartment is located downtown and is very walkable. Downtown Grand Junction is only a 5 minute walk. The train station is about a 3 minute drive from the apartment.
