Step inside on the ground floor to an inviting tiled entryway, complete with a convenient bench to unload your outdoor gear. On this level, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo, a bedroom, and a versatile common space that can be used as an extra bedroom area with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with a spacious closet, and the common space features a twin-over-full bunk bed and additional storage space for personal items.
Head to the basement to discover the master bedroom, the only bedroom on this level, ensuring privacy and comfort. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, a 55” TV, and a walk-in closet that has been converted into a small office space, equipped with a desk, office chair, and a computer monitor. An en suite bathroom offers a double-sink vanity and a shower/bathtub combo.
On the upper level, you will find a bright and open living/kitchen/dining area, perfect for socializing. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen before sitting down for a meal with your group at the kitchen island or the dining table with seating for four. Step out onto the private balcony off the kitchen, where you'll find two patio chairs and a propane BBQ – a perfect spot to plan your next mountain adventure while enjoying the view of snow-capped mountains and trees. Back inside you will find a stylish and cozy living room with a comfortable large grey leather sectional, bathed in natural light from a large window.
