Enjoy this beautiful 4 bedroom home's location in Southern Colorado Springs. Close to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the renown Broadmoor Luxury Resort; we are 15 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. This spacious home accommodates a total of 10 people. Relax with your family in the backyard with a BBQ after a day of sightseeing.

Pets allowed ONLY on a case by case basis. $50/pet fee.
Please clean the grill after each use.
*Please dump your trash in the outside bin on the side of the home. TRASH NIGHT IS TUESDAY- PLEASE ROLL THE BIN TO THE CURB FOR WEDNESDAY MORNING PICK UP AND RETURN THE BIN TO THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE ONCE IT HAS BEEN PICKED UP.

First trip to Colorado
This was a great house for our family's 1st trip to Colorado. There were 2 levels so there was plenty of room for everyone! It was in a very nice neighborhood so we felt very secure. Janna was a great host and answered questions very quickly. We went to the Cheyenne Mt. Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, the Royal Gorge and on the last day we went to Manitou Springs. We had so much fun every day and it was nice to come back to a relaxing house. Thanks! We will definitely recommend this to our friends.
