About the neighbourhood
The condo is part of a small community in Blue River, 5 miles outside Breckenridge and close to Hoosier Pass. It is attached to The Lodge by the Blue and Myla Rose Saloon, a bar & restaurant with a beautiful view of Quandary Mountain. The nearest hiking trail is the Lower McCullough Gulch Trail, a 2.3 mile out and back trail that offers the chance to see wildlife right next to this location. It is a moderate trail with a number of activity options. Bring your hiking boots and keep your eyes peeled for a rare glimpse of nature! A short trip north transports you to Fredonia Gulch Trail which is a moderate trail featuring a great forest setting for .07 mile. If you want a challenge, Quandary Peak Trail is further south and is a 6-mile heavily-trafficked out and back trail that is more difficult, but worth the bragging rights!
