Location for half marathon on Ocean Blvd was perfect for our family group of 6 adults & a 2 year old, who loved going to the beach across the road every day! House was great with nice bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone, great kitchen & fantastic view out the front windows! Front porch was nice during the evening, and fenced in, very green back yard was great with our son’s dog & the 2 year old. Toys and lots of beach towels were greatly appreciated as the temps were in the 80’s for our 5 day stay! Susan was great letting us in early upon arrival & giving us a tour of the house! We enjoyed going out to eat most evenings & had fun going to the Aquarium! The home is older than we expected with some door & window issues, but overall a great place for our stay watching our two sons run the half marathon together! Just a reminder, the rental is the entire lower or main level of the home & there were 2 upper level units for longer term rentals which were heard above us but was not a big issue. Thanks for sharing your space Susan…we all had a great time!

We had a large group of 9 leaving on a cruise. We needed to board early and decided we didn’t want to leave Arizona at 3 or 4 in the morning the day of our departure. This beautiful property was a perfect base camp allowing our group to arrive the day before our cruise. The process was smooth and we highly recommend the property for a short or preferably longer stay.

Beautiful house with enough room for 5 adults and 3 kids. Great location to the boardwalk! The backyard is a beautiful hang out spot with perfect weather. The kitchen is well stocked. A few issues with not enough toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels but was quickly supplied when we notified Susan. The kitchen is supplied with almost everything you could think of. My only recommendation is to get another medium/large frying pan. We could only find one small stainless steel frying pan and it made making scrambled eggs in the morning for our party of 8 next to impossible. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home!

Overall very impressed with the house & amenities! It was stocked with just about everything needed to cook & entertain. We did have to purchase more toilet paper & paper towels. We also ran out of trash bags. The beds & couches(inside &front patio) were not the most comfortable. That being said I would still recommend staying as well as renting again!!

A beautiful home that was perfect for our family. Unfortunately we were in town for a memorial service, however the hosts were very gracious and accommodating. Even dropping off flowers and a card offering their condolences.
The ease of the stay was one less thing we needed to worry about.

The property was great with lots of cooking tools. Neighbors were all kind and welcoming when we were out on the veranda, enjoying the views. The beach is accessible right behind the park. It does require going up and down a large staircase. The pier, store, Starbucks and dining are all very close. The owner was very helpful with our parking concerns and was available to help us figure out a lack of hot water issue.
The floors are not very sound resistant and quiet hours were not adhered to. The upstairs guests had lots of people, moving around furniture. Other smaller group seemed to be wearing high heels at all hours of the night. Bring earplugs and you will have a better nights sleep.

What a gem we found in this property!! We’ve already asked if we can come back next summer for a longer stay! The home is beautiful, the kitchen well stocked and there are plenty of linens- even beach towels!! Just across the street and down the stairs you’ll find a lovely, clean and very uncrowded beach with bike and walking trails. Wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. We spent a lot of time on the front porch just enjoying the sight of the ocean and loving the sea breeze. Our very favorite part was Susan and her husband Brian! They were very quick to respond to every question and their attention to detail was commendable. Love love LOVE this place!!
