This is just two blocks to the ocean and one block to '2nd Street'. it is an exquisite Spanish duplex built in 1929 in the heart of Belmont Shore. We have recently fully furnished the upper unit. The top unit is large, (approx 1,350 SF) and has unobstructed views. It is a breezy and sunny. It is comprised of two (2) bedrooms and one (1) bath featuring a barrel ceiling living room. There is also a separate dining room and a breakfast nook with a sundeck with BBQ off the kitchen. There is a separate staircase entrance off the front garden. The unit also includes separate washer and dryer and comes with full amenities such as toiletries, towels, bedding and cooking utensils. Each bedroom has a new Cal King bed.
