There is a good selection of films,games and a children’s toy box to enjoy. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with an electric hob and oven,filter coffee maker, fridge freezer,slimline dishwasher and washer/dryer. The room also offers plenty of surface space for preparing meals and a small table for enjoying drinks and snacks. Also,on this level is a bathroom with overhead shower. From the hallway,three carpeted stairs lead up to the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom boasts a double bed,decorative feature wall,dressing table and en-suite wet room with WC. There is a further double and a twin,both featuring hardwood floors,and matching oak furniture. Glass doors open from the lounge/diner onto a sunny rear patio,which leads on to a good-sized enclosed lawn area beyond. To the front of the house is a small garden with a bench for admiring the rural views with a morning cup of coffee. There is a off-road parking available for two cars.
