Nestled in the Coast Redwoods along Austin Creek, the house is surrounded on two sides with ample tri-level decking perfect to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun, the sights and sounds of the creek, or the barbeque and a bottle of wine. When you're ready to venture out, you are just ten minutes from the restaurants and galleries of historic Duncan's Mills and Jenner, ten minutes west of the Monte Rio Beach on the Russian River, and fifteen minutes from night life of Guerneville, and the majestic Armstrong Redwoods State Park, or a fifteen minute drive to the North Coast beaches along Hwy 1. Historic Bodega Bay, a sightseeing and seafood mecca, is a scenic thirty minute drive from Sequoiatude. Right in the heart of the wine country, we are also just a short drive from some of the best wineries and tasting rooms in the world. Know Before You Book: Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy at Sequoiatude is 4. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at any time. Parking: On-site parking is permitted for a maximum of 2 vehicles. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance. Bed Sizes: Bedroom: King Bed, Loft: Double Bed, Livingroom: Double Sofa Bed. Heat Source: Central Heat, Wood Stove in living room, Fireplace in bedroom. Amazing property. So quiet and peaceful. Creek right in the backyard with easy access. Very dog friendly. Home was nicely kept and modern. Very comfortable. Only 1 bathroom, but it's spacious and updated. Redwoods only a 15 minute drive away. We would definitely rent again!
