We add $10 to room rate for each person over the single rate.<BR><BR>Do not rent the complete Villa from January till May. The room rental does not include use of Kitchen several Restaurants close by or can provide family style meals at extra cost.<BR><BR><BR>Our 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath villa is on the Pacific Ocean with a separate TV/game room, swimming pool w/ sliding board, spa, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor barbecue grill, lovely yard and parking for up to 6 cars. Excellent Villa directly on the beach
Stayed at Villa Barbara now for the second time, and still impressed by the friendliness of the hosts and staff.
Excellent place if you look for a relaxed weekend in mother nature!
