The unit features a brand new queen size bed, walk in wardrobe, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with laundry facilities (washing machine), clothes line, fully equipped modern kitchen with gas stove, oven and microwave, TV and sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests. Reverse cycle airconditioning and heating will keep you comfortable. There is a small outdoor courtyard with chairs and table to enjoy. The accommodation features a separate lane way entrance from the main house and has its own fenced off courtyard garden. There are no common areas between the unit and the main house so you will have complete privacy, however I am more than happy to help guests with any questions. Breakfast provisions are provided - cereal options, seasonal fruit (subject to availability), milk, tea making facilities. Other consumables that are available in the house for guest use (eg. tissues, hand soap, cleaning products, other pantry supplies, toilet paper) are to be replenished by guest if you require more during your stay. Linen is provided. Long term bookings are welcomed. I will personally welcome guests and show them around the property and answer any questions. Following this I will leave guests my phone number if they need to contact me for any reason, otherwise I will leave them to enjoy their own privacy. Long stays that are 1 month or more in duration can be serviced on a fortnightly basis if required (basic clean and linen change), otherwise the unit is self-catering and equipped with spare linen and all cleaning equipment to use as needed. The booking is for up to 2 guests, however extra guests can be accommodated at a small extra charge for linen and breakfast. The brand new sofa bed converts into a double sized bed with foam mattress topper for extra comfort. Getting Around There is no onsite carparking available, however there is a church carpark directly next door that is approved for guest use. Bus - The bus stop is only a few meters from the front door (taking you to the city - via Chinatown and the Central Markets, or South to Flinders University or Marion shopping centre) Train - Millswood railway station is 8 minutes walk (700m) or 15mins walk to Clarence Park railway station. Tram - taking you to Glenelg beach or the Entertainment Centre via the city, less than 5 minutes drive or 20mins walk away (1.6km). Airport - 15mins drive/8.9km (allow 30mins incase of traffic) Beach - If you have a car, Glenelg is around 15 drive (8km) Wineries - McLaren Vale is only 30mins drive southMore

Clarence Park is an upmarket Adelaide inner city suburb featuring mainly 1920's large family homes. It is an easy walk to trendy cafes, restaurants and boutiques along King William Road, as well as eclectic cafes and 'Op shops' (goodwill), vegan shops and cafes along Goodwood Road. Enjoy the fresh produce at the local Sunday farmers markets, concerts and Body Mind Psychic fairs held monthly at the Uniting Church next door (also a Pokestop!), and the weekend events at the Royal Adelaide Showgrounds.
How to get there
If coming by taxi, please direct them to park at Church next door. If using your own private car, carparking is available at the Church in the main carpark (not in front of their Goodwill shop) - only a few meters away
