Have stayed in this home several times over the years, and have always found it very comfortable and user friendly. Great location, good parking, good, well furnished kitchen, and has laundry available. Owner is always responsive and helpful, when needed. Great for family gathering. Recommend highly.

The pictures and description were accurate. Quiet neighborhood very close to the water and hiking at the ecological reserve. The children enjoyed the jet tub and the upstairs common room with balcony. Overall it was pretty clean, but the floors could use a good cleaning. The kids' bare feet were black within a few hours of arriving and walking around the house. There was also a plate of food left in the microwave, which must have been there for a few weeks as you couldn't see the food through all of the mold. We would definitely come again.

The Los Osos/Morro Bay home was great for a family...
The Los Osos/Morro Bay home was great for a family stay. We really enjoyed all the activities we did in the surrounding area. the home was cozy and comfortable and it fit our family ranging from 6-66 well. Nice that our dog could stay too. Kitchen had what we needed to cook several meals for ourselves. Be aware that the beds are high up (there was a step in the master closet to use)

Our recent stay was one of several in this home, and each time we have found it to be a comfortable home away from home for family gatherings. It is located very conveniently to many coastal attractions. Great view of the bay from the upstairs family room. Parking is good. We will likely try to stay in this VRBO rental for future family rendezvous,

Outstanding...
Great property, and great customer service. The property was clean and well stocked with linen, towels, etc. The members of my family are big towel users, and there were more than enough to satisfy their needs. I'm sure will stay there again.

Family gathering
Have stayed in this rental several times, and found it very comfortable and relaxing. Children friendly. Nice location, and neighborhood. Just had another great stay for our Mom's 100th birthday celebration!
