It is located inside an exclusive residential area which allows people to go out for a stroll / run anytime and be completely safe while enjoying the nature around.
The monthly rent includes services such as water, gas and electricity.
We can provide cleaning, maintenance and wifi services for an added fee.
The place has a terrace, laundry room, two walking closets and security all day year round.
The neighbors are really nice people who have traveled a lot throughout the years, therefore would love to receive foreigners.
