Only 20 min. driving from the airport!

The Villas is located in Los Corales Beach. It is an upscale neighborhood and a luxurious beach within the town of Bavaro located next to El Cortecito. Much of the architecture is Mediterranean style with outstanding views of the sea, abundant palm trees and white powdered crystal sand. This charming corner of the world offers fine dining, spas, beauty centers, excursions, mini-markets and a short 5-10 walk to the center of town bustling with activities and all kinds of shopping and dining.

Amazing Villas - Loove Punta Cana
We had a wonderful time staying at the Villas Gemelas.13 of us celebrating my mother's 87th birthday. The Villas were spacious clean & beautiful. We loved the privacy and pool very much. We had a beautiful party and had outside guests. We loved the Los Corales area & felt secure. We walked to nearby places. Villa Blanca Beach Club was awesome. Food & service was excellent. The private beach & cabanas is the only way to go! Kristina & Guiseppi of Pinpar Real Estate were top notch. They were very attentive & answered our numerous inquiries. They helped with airport transportation and that was great support. They were transparent and communicated. The electric was reasonable. Almost forgot, Chef & Maid service was outstanding. We did our own grocery shopping at Jumbo, excellent store. Uber super easy & reasonable. Pinpar Real Estate thank you. You are now our GO TO on all things Punta Cana!

Amazing!
This was my first time renting a house in the carribean. Usually my husband and I stay at a resort but we had 10 people total this time so the house was more affordable. Ana is who I worked with to book and she was there in and out throughout our stay. The house and Ana exceeded my expectations. Ana was so accommodating and was there for whatever we needed. She truly made this so easy and I could not thank her enough. The house is so close to the beach and beach chairs are included in the rental which was amazing. You get the resort feel except you get your own private pool. I highly recommend booking this house. You won't regret it!

FANTASTIC! CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK
This was a vacation of a lifetime. We took our children and grandchildren (11 of us) to Punta Cana and stayed in the Villa Gemelas in Los Corales. When we walked in all we could do was smile. What a great place. Sebastian and Nathalia were amazing and if we needed something i.e. whether it was to book an excursion or make reservation at a restaurant or where to get fresh lobster, they always came through with the answer and right away! It really is just a block from the beach and the caribbean was amazing. Everything is within walking distance from the restaurants to the grocery stores to the bars. We will be back! AMAZING!

Outstanding luxury Condo
Excellent location...block from the beach! Several restaurants and markets within easy walking distance. Secure location with 24-7 security in the community. Great swimming pool. Household staff was extremely responsive. Great location for Group or friends!

Best Vacation Ever!!!
My family of 7 rented this villa for Christmas 2018. We had the best vacation ever!!! The beach is literally right outside the gate and the Amali staff who run this villa are excellent and very friendly. They visited daily to make sure our vacation was going as planned and we didn’t need anything for the property. They took care of our reservations and excursions as well as transportation to and from the airport. We took advantage of the chef service and the meal was excellent. The property is provided with a mainatance service for the pool/premises and maids, everyone was always making we felt at home and always made us feel like we were their number 1 client, do not hesitate, book this villa you will not be disappointed!!

Una piacevole sorpresa
Ho prenotato questa struttura attraverso Amali real estate, un agenzia del posto gestita da 2 italiani, Pino e Lia. All'inizio ero un po' scettico, ero indeciso se prenotare in un resort, opoure di cercare qualcosa di diverso. PER FORTUNA ho seguito il mio istinto. I ragazzi ci hanno subito accolto nel migliore dei modi, molto ospitali e gentili, sono stati a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Abbiamo prenotato escursioni all'isola di sahona, ci hanno consigliato le spiagge più belle e i posti dove si mangia meglio... (langosta in spiaggia). La villa, si trova in un residence a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di los corales, una delle spiagge più belle di Bavaro... Villa con piscina privata a due pasai da quel mare... Da sogno... Una sera ci hanno procurato anche lo chef, che ci ha deliziato con il barbecue all'aperto. C'è tanto da vedere, non finirei mai di scrivere... Ma tutto quello che dovete fare è seguire i consigli di pino e lia. Spero di esservi stato di aiuto! Viva puntacana! Buon viaggio!

AWESOME PLACE
We rented this villas for our trip and we arrived there Lucas the manager is waiting for us and he is very knowledgeable and help us getting everything we needed even at 10 pm in the night i highly recommended this villas if you're going to Punta Cana. Thank you guys for getting everything for us.

La migliore!!!
La villa è incantevole, è ubicata a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia e al centro di tutti i ristoranti e attività varie!
Abbiamo avuto un accoglienza dallo staff Amali come mai ricevuta in altri viaggi!
Restano a disposizione per tutta la permanenza e per qualsiasi cosa sono sempre disponibili ed in più vi aiutano anche ad organizzare escursioni le quali, sono più private ed organizzate rispetto a quelle che possono offrire i venditori in spiaggia.
Non immaginavo assolutamente di trovare una proprietà così pulita e accogliente in Repubblica Domenicana!
Altamente vi raccomando di prenotare questa Villa!
