Not a good stay
This villa was old it smell old and everything was not good from the WiFi, no towels, no tissue for the bathrooms the water pressure was low and the AC was not working that good the fridge did not keep the food cold at all I will not stay here again

I’m sorry the guest didn’t have a pleasant stay at the villa. This truly caught me by surprised because we do everything we can to assure our guest are happy and comfortable. I advised the guest to reach out to my property manager should they need anything specific or if they had any problems. I never received a call nor did my property manager regarding any issues that needed to be attended to outside of the AC compressor that was fixed right away. Beach towels were the only request that we weren’t able to provide. The WiFi signal is outside of our control. It’s a company issue that was being resolved during the time of the guest stay. As for the water pressure, Metro has its own water plant in the country club. It’s quite possible the pressure was low but when we ran the water it was flowing just fine. Water pressure hasn’t been a problem at the villa in the past. I wish we knew of these concerns before this review was written. Many of these things could have been explained or worked out before the concerns became issues. We pride our selves on customer service and would like another opportunity to service you in the future. We can offer you a 3 night stay at no cost to you on your next trip. If this isn’t sufficient please let me know what can be don’t to make this right. Again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Perfect Paradise
I enjoy every single minute that I spend in the Villa, after travelling around the Country from La Romana, Samana and Navarrete en Puerto Plata. Returning and stay late in the pool listening Local music, dancing and swimming until morning early enjoying Cocktails and local beer, cooking in the grill was amazing enjoy the view of the Villa and the golf club. I miss the Villa the Country side the amazing people good drink and food. Thank You Mr. Lazaro for share your Paradise I am going back next month. Thank again.
