These sunny, colorful villas are located in the quiet but growing town of Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic, steps from the gorgeous beach, and next to a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. The villas are fully furnished and decorated--this is your home away from home. An excellent choice for a fun, relaxing and warm vacation! If you have a car you can park it in our private lot out front. Beds of tropical flowers and larger-than-life palm plants accent the grounds. The front door opens into a spacious open concept first floor, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas. Two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor. It's all about the details: ceiling fans, fresh linens, toilet paper, expandable dining table, granite counter-tops, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pool, private parking, gated community. Our friendly 24-hour security staff is available to respond to any questions or requests. Upon request, host can make recommendations on where to dine and find activities such as scuba diving, horseback riding, car rental, excursions to the island of Saona/Catalina, visits to the capital, grocery store, pharmacy, clinic, restaurants and clubs. 10 miles from Boca Chica, 25 miles from the Capital of Santo Domingo.

House is beautiful & has all you need. Great location steps to beach & restaurants. Very comfortable. Recommend it.
