Nice four feet deep swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and Children pool on the property with ample Solarium, and completely furnished with appropriate outdoor furniture. Helpful personnel on the property. Ample outdoor terrace with chaise long, and dining table. White sandy beach at short steps. Totally secured and private apartment in a beautiful building. Parking space available at no extra cost. Las Américas International Airport is at 20 minutes from the property. There are taxis, and Uber available. Public transportation to the city at just a walk from the property. Nice restaurants,supermarkets, pharmacy stores, rent cars, important golf courses, beach hotels at walking distance!. Fishing excursions in the nearby (by previous appointment), and just to a 40 minutes trip to historical Santo Domingo City, first city founded in America by Christopher Columbus. 'A beach site as good as world famous Punta Cana, but much closer to the fun, and the airports, and the main city, but at the same time situated in a tranquil and relaxing environment. Get rid of those huge all inclusive resorts.' Temperature is 25-30 centigrades all year long. The place is rated as 'high season' all year. All utilities exempted. Summer getaway

Carlos was a super host. He was checking on us every few days. The apt was gorgeous, and the views we had. My wife and kids loved the apt. We will be renting again. He was so gracious with us....

Excellent apartment , wonderful beach and pool

THE AREA IS FULL OF RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS, GROCERY STORES, PHARMACIES, ETC. iN SOME OF THE RESTAURANTS THERE IS LIVE ENTERTAIMENT. PLENTY OF GOLF COURSES, TENNIS COURSES, FISHING, BOATING, HORSE RIDING, GOOD EATING AT REASONABLE PRICES. (OR SIMPLY RELAXING ON THE BEACHFRONT).
Getting around
You may go with public transport (small local buses), to San Pedro town to the right heading east. It is a short ride of 8 kms to go to the big Jumbo supermarket. There are small grocery stores on Avenida de la Playa, at short walking distance. Or to the interesting Santo Domingo city, the oldest american city, founded in 1496. The museums, very good restaurants, The beautiful Casas Reales, Hostal Nicolas de Ovando, The great Alcazar de Colombus, The Las Damas, Arzobispo Merino, and Conde streets will be fun to visit.
