A 3 BEDROOM HOUSE IN A SUBURB IN KUMASI NEAR SANTASI. ITS IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD AND CONDUSIVE FOR FAMILIES. AIR CONDITIONING IN LIVING ROOM AND all OF THE BEDROOMS. WASHING MACHINE AVAILABLE. LARGE LIVING HALL WITH A SEPARATE DINNING SPACE. ONE BEDROOM IS EN SUITE. STAND BY GENERATOR AVAILABLE BUT TO BE FUELLED AT OWN EXPENSE.CONSTANT 24 HR WATER SUPPLY. GARDEN FURNITURE PROVIDED. Minimum stay is 3 days. Comes with fully equipped kitchen. please note that because of hot temp there is no Hot water available at this property. a kettle is provided. Electricity is on a prepaid meter. 50ghc per week based on fair usage. To be paid by guest.

No parties are allowed at this property. I had a bad experience with a guest who organised a party there. There was a lot of complaints from neighbours and a lot breakable materials destroyed. So strictly no parties. Thank you.

Les, der beste, liebste, aufmerksamste, netteste Vermieter, den wir jemals kennenlernen durften
Das Haus ist großzügig und sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Mabel und Jeremiah, die ganze Familie genossen jede Minute ihres Aufenthaltes dort. Ein liebes Ehepaar kümmert sich um alle Belange des täglichen Lebens. Les hilft sogar gerne bei evtl.Problemen die nicht die Vermietung des Hauses betreffen. Wir geben gerne die 5 Sterne und können das Gesamtpaket dieses Angebotes wärmstens empfehlen. LES...WE ALL LOVE YOU!

a home away from home
really felt at home. the house is equipped with everything that makes one feel at home. will recommend. a very serene and quite atmosphere.

Clean, Spacious and Comfortable
Les lives in the UK so his cousin and father were our contacts in Ghana. They were both wonderful people and a joy with which to work. The home itself was large, clean and more than what we needed. The family that takes care of the grounds were also very helpful., during a storm when the power went out, I heard the caretaker outside in the rain starting the generator so that we could still have AC. I would not hesitate to recommend the hospitality of these people. It was GREAT. I would stay there again.

The home was in great condition and a great price. Will definitely be using again. Les is a good honest guy and really looked after us. Whenever we had a problem he would sort it out straight away. Good people living around the house, which made us feel safe and welcomed. Could not of asked for a better place to bring my 3 children too...
