The neighbouring village of Alfriston is home to several pubs and shops,as well as Drusillas Zoo Park: a popular attraction particularly with young families. Nine miles away,the town of Eastbourne is a traditional English seaside resort,whilst the town of Lewes,some eight miles away is a beautiful historic town with many independent shops and eateries. This property can be found in a secluded location,overlooking fields,making it the perfect spot for a quiet get... The front door of the property opens into the main living space,an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has a dining table seating two,comfortable sofa seating,a TV,and patio doors which open onto the tranquil outside seating area. The kitchen area,at the far-end of the room,offers an oven,hob,microwave,and fridge/freezer,should guests prefer to eat-in rather than to sample the local country pubs. The one bedroom is a pleasant double which has patio doors offering views of the South Downs,a wonderful way to start the day. There is also a built-in wardrobe,as well as door which leads through to the en-suite bathroom with its shower over bath and WC. Please note that due to the rural location,Wi-Fi is only available outside the main house. Outside,there is a decked seating area to the front of the property which is accessed through the patio doors in either the lounge or the bedroom. In addition to this there is a small garden area which affords stunning views of the surrounding countryside. There is ample off-road parking available next to the property. More
