Pregge Mill is a well-established holiday home that exceeds the expectations of a five star quality establishment. It is a spacious and beautifully restored Welsh cottage with oak and mahogany finishings throughout. It is situated overlooking the village of Crickhowell . It affords superb views of the Brecon Beacons and is within easy travelling distance of the Black Mountains and the west coast of Wales. The bustling market town of Abergavenny is ten minutes drive with many other picturesque villages close by.

Please be aware that there is a percentage discount if you would like to stay for more than two nights but less than a week, please contact your hosts. There will usually be someone around to show you around Pregge Mill when you arrive. If you are going to be late lights will be turned on for you. There is lots of information in the cottage so that visitors can plan their time or we are always available should guests want some ideas and can recommend local walks, places to eat etc.

About the neighbourhood
The Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons National Park are hidden gems which those in the know keep to themselves. Canals, rivers, lakes and mountains are all around yet the amenities and cosmopolitan trappings of major towns and cities (Cardiff, Hereford, Hay-on-Wye, Bristol, and Bath) are an hour away.

A nearby mountain railway, boating lake, climbing centre and zip wire course, several horse riding stables, numerous mountain biking trails, golf, tennis, hang gliding/paragliding, fishing, caving and some of the best walking for all abilities ensures everyone can find something they enjoy or something new to try.

Getting around
It is a 10 minute walk into Crickhowell where you will find local shops and places to eat eat and drink.
The Dragon hotel serves some lovely meals as does the Bear.
We have two amazing butchers, a bakery, book store, numerous independent coffee houses along with Webbs ( everything from furniture to your next dishwasher not forgetting everything for your garden) and Nicholls clothes and endless holiday gifts.

If you are using a satnav please use NP8 1SE this will bring you to our door.
If coming from Abergavenny drive through Crickhowell towards Brecon on the A40 and turn right on the edge of Crickhowell just before The Red Indigo Indian restaurant. We are the fourth house on the right.
