What can I say…. This is our 2nd time here at Trewindsor Mill View, we have again had the most wonderful time with our 2 labradors Penny & Daisy. The tranquil location and the home from home bungalow with great hosts Linda & Wesley, we cannot thank you enough for making our week away amazing as always. We cannot wait to return back again next year!!

Tucked away in a little wooded valley, Trewindsor Mill View is a perfect couple's chill out cottage. Hosts Linda and Wesley have really gone out of their way to make it lovely - including a pretty garden and well equipped kitchen. Go for it!

We booked this cottage for its location, it's dog-friendliness and because it has zero light pollution and we certainly weren't disappointed. Luckily our sat nav led us to the correct lane, however the last part of this really does to lead you to think "where is this taking me?", but stay with it - its worth it! On arrival we were welcomed by Linda and Wesley who couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. To us, this place has the wow factor! The cottage was spotless, everything looked new. The kitchen was well stocked and the "essentials" that one always forget (washing up liquid, kitchen wipes, salt & pepper, sugar, a pint of milk, some filter coffee & cafetiere to name a few) and the welcome pack of fresh eggs from their own hens, a bottle of prosecco, a packet of chocolate cookies and low fat dog treats was "the icing on a very nice cake" The garden area is lovely and will be a great place to relax on a summers evening - not so much in February when we were there. But the night sky was simply amazing! This is an ideal dog friendly location for a peaceful break (with very little wifi reception) and to explore West Wales. I apologise that this has become a rather fluffy review, but it is no coincidence that all the reviews for this property are 5 stars! Enjoy your stay - we certainly did!

We cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's an absolute gem. The location is fantastic. Its very remote but also only a 10 minute drive to Cardigan. And the owners, Linda & Wes are close by. All you can hear are birds, trees and the gentle river nearby. Great for star gazing. The property itself is fantastic. So comfortable and so much tlc has gone into the place. It's warm, cozy and kind of feels like a big hug! There was a lovely surprise basket of goodies, and the bungalow had been heated for when we arrived. Linda & Wes are absolutely lovely and could not do enough. This place is special and we can't wait to go back. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at this remote and secluded holiday home. It was a good opportunity to switch off and relax. The home was warm and welcoming and the hosts had many kind and unexpected extras. We would definitely consider a return.

Nestled in its own hidden valley, Trewindser is a fantastic place to stay. Linda and Wesley are very welcoming and perfect hosts. We love staying here, so quiet. The garden is like a forest glade, with its stream and the trees making all the noise. Its our third visit, will be back soon.

A wonderful little cottage placed perfectly in the woods. With lovely views of the gardens and local walks you wouldn’t really have to venture far before you realise the time has flown by. Linda and Wes are both very friendly and go above and beyond to make the stay perfect. A welcome basket was a much welcomed surprise with a few treats. Even our dog loved his time there, he felt very much at home laying in-front of the fire on a chilly evening. Looking forward to a future booking that’s for sure

A wonderful little cottage in a beautiful peaceful valley that had everything we needed. Friendly owners who made us feel very welcome. The little extras were so thoughtful from the welcome pack to spare dog towels in case we had forgotten our own. Wonderful spacious garden if you want to just spend the day relaxing and nearby to some stunning beaches and walks along the coastal path.
