There are seven sandy bays very close all linked by the stunning National Trust coastal footpaths. Padstow is 5 miles away and the village of St Merryn 2 miles. We spent a wonderful 2 weeks here. It's a spacious, comfortable and well kept place with a nice back garden. With wonderful sandy dog friendly beaches all around there is always something to do. I will definitely book again.

Great place to stay, we had lots of space for 4 children, the house is very well furnished. There are lots of beaches close by, we walked the coastal path and surfed lots. I would like to return to the same place.

Hobson's choice was the perfect holiday home for me, my friend and our 4 children. The cottage had enough rooms for all of us at an affordable price and the 2 bathrooms we're a good send! The holiday park is quiet with a nice playground...More

It was a great choice for our short holiday in Cornwall. Very nice area, great lodge, spacious, we got more than we expected. Definitely come back there!

The park home is modern and provides spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation for up to seven people. There is a well equipped kitchen diner with all the appliances you would expect from a quality home. The large lounge has comfortable seating ,a gas fire and flat screen television and free Wi Fi. There is a shower room with toilet and wash facilities as well as a bathroom with the same facilities.There is one double bedroom, two twins and one single. All have wardrobes and are supplied with duvets and pillows.The heating and hot water are supplied via a gas boiler.BT broadband is installed giving access to BT vision+ and BT sports.

About the neighbourhood
Hobsons Choice is on the St Merryn Holiday Park that has a shop, , Bistro bar with Sky sports and tennis courts. It is a family friendly quiet site well landscaped and safe. There is a childrens play area and designated dog wailking area. The village of St Merryn is only 1 mile away. It has a post office, garage, pubs, deli, fish and chip shop and general stores. The Cornish Inn has recently been taken over by Rick Stein and is a lovely traditional pub with great food.There are riding stables close by and the walking is excellent.The area is blessed with a choice of sandy bays and a stunning coastline. The beaches are life guarded and a delight for young and old alike. Surfing and body boarding are major activities in the area with plenty of hire shops and surf schools.
