A superbly positioned two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment overlooking the Camel Estuary in Padstow enjoying a waterside location with access to the sea/Padstow Estuary right outside. Lovely views across to Rock and an abundance of wildlife can be enjoyed as the apartment is overlooking the water. With an allocated parking space right outside and only a two-minute walk to the picturesque harbour town of Padstow with its fabulous choice of restaurants. The property is situated immediately adjacent to water and care must be taken with children. The apartment is located on the first floor and has lift access although there are a few steps up to the Ground Floor. The apartment is situated in The Old Boatyard complex which is private and quiet, with panoramic views across the Estuary to Rock. A private gate to the rear of the property leads to the Coastal path and some beautiful local beaches. A communal garden area (for use by the fifteen Old Boatyard flats) is also available. Each en-suite shower-room has a WC, hand-basin, heated towel-rail, shower and shaver point. The kitchenette has a fridge, slimline dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, induction hob and electric oven. The property is centrally heated, is non-smoking and, sorry, no pets. There is a private slipway and beach area right beside the flats. (If you plan to bring a motor boat your insurance will need to be inspected before you travel.) Bed linen, towels and bath mats are provided and cleaning is included before and after your stay. Saturday changeover.More

This is a very well appointed apartment situated next to the water with views across the estuary. Having a car space on site is a bonus.

Just spent a week at this flat it’s just been refurbished having two bathrooms is a bonus easy walking to shops and pubs and secure parking everything you need is provided and the views are great hope to return very soon

Follow the A389 to Padstow, turn right into New Street (B3276) drive down School Hill into Padstow. The road continues onto Station Road, past the Metropole Hotel on the left, turn left at the bottom of the hill on the sharp hair pin bend, continue past Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant on the left until you see the harbour directly in front of you. Continue driving completely around the harbour keeping the harbour/sea immediately to your right until you come to the Ferry point to your right and the Water’s Edge flats in front of you.
