Spacious double-upper flat on the High Street with large kitchen, dining/living room, two doubles (one en-suite) and a twin, detached garden and private parking space. 1-minute walk from the front door to the beach. 10-minute walk from the station.
North Berwick is a lovely sea-side town in East Lothian with long, uncrowded beaches, it's own summer festival and Highland Games, and an easy train-ride from Edinburgh Waverley. If you are into golf, you have some of the finest courses in the world on your doorstep - The Open was held at Muirfield, for example - and the Best Italian Restaurant (& chef) in Scotland is on the High Street at 'Osteria'.

This flat in the centre of North Berwick is a very spacious and has a great kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable and as long as you kept the windows closed the clock tower bells were hardly noticeable! North Berwick is a great little town,...More

Great location in the middle of the town. Within walking distance of the beach. Unfortunately the two sofas were very low, providing no support. Such a pity as this is a lovely place otherwise.More

Train is an easy journey from Edinburgh Waverley (just over 30 mins)
Car: Use satnav to get you from Edinburgh (or from South on A1) to get you to EH39 4HG. Advantage of a car is that you can get to other local places like Gullane (for Falko's Konditorei), larger supermarkets, and other beaches (like Seacliffe and Tyninghame).
Airport is a reasonable distance away, so book a local minicab to pick you up.
