The large dining table seats 6 guests and there is plenty of seating including two easy chairs, flat screen TV and DVD machine. The property also has Wi-Fi. Kitchen This is a brand new kitchen which is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, washer / dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the essential items for your stay. Bedrooms: 3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6 Master bedroom with a double bed 2nd bedroom with two single beds 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds Bathroom: Family bathroom has a shower above the bath, wash hand basin and w/c Separate walk in shower room with wash hand basin and w/c Outside: The apartment is located at the end of the High Street and is very central, making this the ideal location for a family holiday in North Berwick or a golfing break - the North Berwick Golf Club and West Links Golf Course are across the road. A great bonus is a dedicated secure parking space for one standard size car at the back of the apartment block. Please note that, if you are bringing more than one car, public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. Friendly, knowledgeable staff are available to answer queries and share information about must see places to visit, ensuring that guests get the most from their stay.

This duplex flat is on the third floor of a conveniently located building in N. Berwick; close to the beach, village, rail station, and area golf courses. The furnishings are comfortable and are relatively new and modern. The parking underneath the building, although very tight, is a god-send in this busy community. Renters need to bring everything with them!!! There will be no extra: toilet paper, soap, salt or pepper, sugar, shampoo, dish detergent, tissues, napkins, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels....or any safety amenities such as a shower mat . Best to be prepared. You may also need a primer for the appliances as the manuals are not totally applicable to what is there. Take a prep course on IKEA appliances. All and all a good vacation rental.

Lovely well equipped apartment with views of the Firth of Forth. 5 mins from train station so good base for the Edinburgh Fringe. Would stay again
