Lovely spacious comfortable house in quiet rural Norfolk village opposite lovely, welcoming village pub
sleeps up to 10 adults,(+babies or small children) big lounge seats 12, big dining table seats 10. Ideal for families, parties, celebrations, holidays, weekend beaks. Available all through the year. Cosy in winter with good central heating and log burner.
Cots and high chairs available.
Four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with 4 poster bed and ensuite, Bedroom 2 with double and single bed, bedroom 3 with double bed, bedroom four with 2 singles and 2 good quality futons. Additional folding bed and child's foam bed also available.

Wonderful position in the village, across the duck pond from the lovely village pub. Good access to the coast etc.

  • Damage Deposit: ₹ 9,185 / stay - Deposit
Additional Rate and Availability Information
A deposit of 30% of holiday cost secures booking.
An additional charge of £15 is made per pet per visit.
A damage bond of £100 will be payable and returned in full following satisfactory inspection of property within 7 days of end of let and in most cases on leaving.
Bank Holiday weekends are charged at high season rate
Christmas and New year weekly rates are for 5 nights
Central Heating, Electricity and bed linen is all provided. A basket of logs and large scuttle of coal is also provided and more is available at £5 per refill.
We ask you to bring your own personal towels but they can be provided at £4 per person per stay.
Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer . A paypal invoice can be sent if required to enable credit card payment but as this is an expensive service a 3% charge is made

The ancient Saxon town of Downham Market is a delightful place to visit and is one of Norfolk's oldest market towns. Considered by many to be the gateway to the Fens, and with a network of waterways close by plus lots to see and do in the town and surrounding area, Downham Market is a great place for a weekend break in Norfolk.

Downham Market has a wealth of interesting historic buildings. In the main square see the town's unique black and white clock tower. Gothic in design and made from wrought iron, it is proudly considered one of Downham Market's most distinctive features.
