2. A fee of Php 50.00 will be charge for LOST KEYS.
3. Strictly NO SMOKING.
4. SWITCH OFF the lights, A/C & other Appliances when NOT IN USE & when leaving the premises.
5. LOCK windows & doors when leaving the unit. Owner/s & staffs will NOT be responsible for LOST items due to the Guest Negligence.
6. Keep noise to a minimum, house party-NOT ALLOWED.
7. Do NOT hang towels, clothes and the likes on the Balcony.

I love the place😊

Highly recommended. We actually visited the place twice, Dec. 2017 and Dec. 2018, and it is really a nice place to stay specially with family and friends. My son really enjoyed the place specially the man-made beach resort. The unit is very clean and affordable. Thank you Mr. Elmer Usero!

OUTSTANDING
One word to decribe it “IMPECCABLE”. This will be a good place to stay and it’s accessible, everything is within reach.

STAYCATION AT IT'S BEST 😍😁
Without any doubt 😁 a Great place to stay, relax and have fun... We will certainly book here again!! With an instagramable beach view and exceptional unit owner.. Best staycation ever.accomodating staff/ unit owner .complete amenities, clean and luxurious environment juat like you were in other country,cool facilities and extravagant room suiting the daybreak at the patio.. relaxing whre you can escape your stress in the vicinity of urban area.need to be back soon as possible...thanks sir
