This stylish, self-catering apartment is the ideal location for holiday or corporate stays with easy access to the city and other major highways and ideal for touring the area.
Appreciate uninterrupted views over the ocean, Cape Town, Table Mountain Robben Island and around to the park and Durbanville Hills. Enjoy sundowners on the balcony, the sun setting over the ocean and the city lights reflecting on the water.
Cross the road to reach the sandy beach or wander along the promenade. The cafe's, restaurants, bars, the bus stop and other amenities are within easy walking distance
The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and sliding doors onto the balcony. Blankets and fan heaters.

Stunning Ocean View
The apartment has an amazing view of the ocean and is walking distance to cute pubs and stores. The corner unit view of the ocean at sunset was definitely a highlight for us! If you are in to kite surfing or wind surfing, this location is definitely recommended! Was suitable for a wheelchair as long as the chair is small and person has some mobility, as bathrooms are a tight fit. Shower is not wheelchair accessible.

Absolute amazing sea holiday apartment
This unit was on the 10th floor and had everything we could have hoped for. The blockout blinds in front of the windows plus curtains is a wow factor so that you can catch up with all the lost sleep from a busy year. The amazing big windows, stoep and unobstructed view of the sea makes this a winner. Loved that I could cook in kitchen and have fellowship with my family in the lounge and still see the sea. We really loved our stay.

About the neighbourhood
Bloubergstrand is on the Atlantic Coast of Cape Town with a view on Robben Island (boat trips available from V&A Waterfront).
The sandy beach caters for families who would enjoy building sand castles or playing beach ball, to surfers and people who enjoy a leisurely stroll or more strenuous jogging activity. The beach stretches for kilometers towards the very popular Eden on the Bay at Big Bay, Melkbosstrand and Koeberg on the West Coast. There are parking facilities and a paved promenade along the beach with some street markets. You even find the Tourist Information Centre right on the beach past KFC. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bistros, cafes and take away venues to suit all tastes and budgets are scattered along the beach. A few modern Shopping Malls with under cover parking are within a few km from each other (see www.mallguide.co.za), eg Bayside Mall, Eden On The Bay Mall, The Paddocks Shopping Centre and Canal Walk, one of the biggest Shopping Malls in Cape Town, is only about 7 km from Blouberg. Medical facilities, eg Netcare Blaauwberg Hospital, Milnerton Medi-Clinic, pharmacies and other excellent medical facilities are on close call.
Just a short distance away on the beach, stop at Ons Huisie, which directly translates to “Our Small Home”, an internationally recognised heritage site in Bloubergstrand now accommodating a world renowned and recognised traditional restaurant (www.onshuisie.co.za), or enjoy the might of the Atlantic Ocean which breaks within a touch from the On the Rocks restaurant. The Blue Peter Hotel, bustling with activity especially on Sundays, is popular for its grass-covered lawns strewn with sun worshippers enjoying spectacular views and tasty informal meals or drinks… think pizza, burgers, seafood!
Blouberg offers all kinds of sports activities. Nearby there are the stunning Sunset Links Golf Course (Milnerton) and the beautiful Atlantic Beach Golf Course (Melkbos), major fitness clubs (Tableview and Parklands) and naturally, the water-based sports activities like sailing and waterskiing at Rietvlei, canooing in the nearby Milnerton Lagoon, rubber-ducking and jet-skiing, surfing, wind- kite- and board surfing. Bloubergstrand hosts the Gunston 500 Surfing Competition. In addition to this popular sport, you will see many windsurfers and kite-surfers. It is an awesome sight to see them launched into the air as they jump the waves.
MyCity Bus Service (www.myciti.org.za) is a Safe and Online Bus Service from Bloubergstrand to Cape Town, including route to Cape Town International Airport. The nearest bus stop is about 200 meters from the apartment.
