No loud noise after 10 PM- The Lake Havasu City Noise Ordinance states that neighbors may call police after 10 PM for any noise violations. If this happens, you will forfeit your deposit. Please be courteous to the neighbors. Any dog waste must be picked up and disposed of in trash receptacles before you leave. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees deducted from your security deposit. We provide on 5 gallon tank of propane for the BBQ.
