Milkwood offers classic comfort in the bush and is on the border of the Kruger National Park, Located in a beautiful wildlife conservancy where one can see zebra and many other wildlife. Free Wifi and simple solar system which will power the entire home except the air conditioners, kettle and toaster. Self-catered home with three AC bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including an outdoor bush bathroom, outdoor dining and splash pool. 25 sq M elevated deck, and covered veranda all connected. Very private with Park area on 3 sides of the house and no neighbors to the 4th side. All amenities including ice machine, water purifier, dishwasher and wash machine. DSTV set up only need to bring your card and Blue ray player. Emergency 12 volt light system and 2500 liters of emergency water. Zebra stopping by to stick their heads in the kitchen door looking for a carrot. Expect to hear lion and hyena, fish eagle and hippo. Take a walk to the river (less than 500m) and watch elephants and maybe rhino. Take a drive (15 minutes away) and visit the one and only Kruger National Park, visit many attractions and activities in the area. Sometimes you just want to stay where you are and relax on the multi verandas and patio at the house.

Unique & Wonderful
We returned to South Africa after 34 years with out 32 year old daughter to show her what we experienced while living her from 1980-1982. We had the experience of a lifetime in wonderful accommodations! Milkwood was very close to the Crocodile Bridge Gate to Kruger which afforded us the chance to see the "big five!" We could view game all day in the park & return to Milkwood to feed and view animals on the back patio in the evening. Nadia was so helpful with everything. Even though she was away one day, she called upon a neighbor to help us with a dead battery on the rental car and an empty gas tank for our hot water. If you have the opportunity, do not miss out on this vacation rental!
