BRAND NEW, lovely home nestled in a serene jungle setting, less than 5 minutes from beautiful Manuel Antonio and its world-famous national park, gorgeous beaches, excellent restaurants and unique shops. Take a dip in our private infinity pool or lounge on the deck, surrounded by towering trees that are visited daily by exotic birds, monkeys, macaws, sloths and our resident iguana, 'Stumpy.' We're only minutes from marina, fishing, wildlife tours, live music, nightlife, shopping and much more!

Please do not leave dishes or food outside. No glass is allowed in pool area (there are shatter-proof glasses available for poolside use). Please rinse off all sand/lotion before entering pool (there is an outside shower next to deck available).

About the neighbourhood

Manuel Antonio is world-famous for it's National Park (a must-see!) and wildlife (monkeys, exotic birds, sloths, exquisite butterflies and more). Manuel Antonio's main beach is a perfect place for people-watching, and you can find all kinds of activities to enjoy, like surf lessons, para-sailing, boogie-boarding, horse back rides, wave runner rentals, and other fun to-dos. MA also has many excellent restaurants, fabulous bars featuring fine food, drink and live music, a world-famous marina and only minutes away in every direction you can find adventures like Zip-lines, river-rafting, waterfall hikes, secluded beaches, tours of all kinds (mangrove tour, chocolate, coffee & vanilla tours - even a crocodile tour)!

Getting around

By foot, our home is an 8-minute walk to a main road where you immediately find bus stops that will take you to the main beach and national park in one direction (a pleasant 6 to 10-minute ride depending on traffic/season) or in the opposite direction, a 3-5 minute ride that takes you to the bustling town of Quepos, where you will find the farmer's market, marina, stores & shops and restaurants and bars. By car you're only minutes from adventures (upload the WAZE app - it works great, here). Taxis and Uber are a text away, and our concierge can arrange rides, too.

How to get there

From the city of San Jose, we are 3.5 hours by car (or taxi or shuttle-van). For those wanting to save time and not deal with the busy city traffic of San Jose, there are two air-shuttle flights that are easy to book online. Both Green Aire and Sansa air shuttles are conveniently located next to (short walking distance ) San Jose airport. Air shuttle flight is only 18 mins to Quepos airport, and our concierge would be happy to pick up guests at the Quepos airport and bring them to our home - only 15 mins away.
