    Open the gates to Courtyard Villas and you enter a different world. The royal palm -lined interior, accentuated by fountains and tile work, leads you to our 3 bedroom 31/2 bath air-conditioned villa.
    One Master Bedroom Suite has a Queen size bed, a private full bath and a Terrace overlooking the courtyard. Our 2nd Master bedroom has a private full bath. The 3rd floor bedroom has two twin beds, a private full bath and its own Terrace. Downstairs, you'll find our living room with a TV, stereo system, Internet access, comfortable seating and a 1/2 bath

    “First visit to Costa Rica”

    I would highly recommend staying here. Everything is convenient yet private. If you book excursions through RPM they pick you up right outside your door. There is so many things to do around this area. Can’t wait to go back.

    The villa is setup very nicely, the pool was a plus for cooling off after walking back from town. We had two children 2yrs & 5yrs old and 4 adults during our visit, no complaints at all. Staff from the management office answered all our questions and setup our airport transfers without an issue, friendly people with plenty of restaurants...

    My husband and I rented the Villa and couldn't have been happier! Lola tended to all our requests and was quick to answer any questions we had. The house is quiet, cozy and perfect for a couple or families! It is well-maintained and relatively close to everything!

    About the neighbourhood
    Playa Langosta is a quieter area next to Tamarindo. You get the benefits of Tamarindo's restaurants and nightlife without the crowds and craziness. There's a small market 1 block away, a supermarket is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive down the road and an upscale supermarket a 10 minute drive away.
    There are several restaurants nearby and lots more in Tamarindo. There is cab service to Tamarindo if you don't have a car.
    For surfers, there's great surfing down the beach in PLaya Langosta as well as Tamarindo.
    For swimmers, there's an inlet down the beach with calm waters to cool off in. A great place for the kids
