In the comfortable living room there are two sofas, coffee & side tables, a flat screen television with 70 cable channels, internet and WiFi too. Guest bathroom downstairs with tile sink/toilet only. Also in the laundry room you have a washer, dryer, ironing board w/ iron and small sink. A/C units and ceiling fans upstairs and downstairs. On your walks within the complex you will enjoy it's lovely landscaping with tropical plants, brightly colored flowers and lots of fruit trees. Also at the entrance of the complex there is 24/7 security guards & guard house and two parking spaces available for guest. Villa #2 has one parking space that is marked. As a Guest you'll have free access to Condovac Resort (next door) and its amenities such as infinity pool with swim up bar, children's pool, tennis/basketball courts, gym, live music and shows.More

No glass containers are not allowed by or in the pool area at any time. We are not responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen.
