An extremely spacious 1 bedroom apartment offering a massive master bedroom with 4 poster King bed - (more beds can be added if needed) - and private balcony overlooking our tropical forest preserve, a private bathroom plus a very large open concept living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen with open breakfast bar. The living area (with a Single and a Double couch for extra guests) offers a walk-out to the large, private, entry terrace which forms a perfect outdoor living and dining space. Paddle fans are placed both inside and outside complement the almost constant and refreshingly soft breezes.
Very large windows allow views that are absolutely spectacular! Our large tropical pool - (1 of 2 such pools) - ...

The Perfect Retreat
The location is great!
The Villa was extremely nice with a beautiful view of Play Flamingo. There are two pools that are both beautiful and perfect for swimming lengths. Igor and Tom were amazing hosts, their local knowledge was really helpful and you really felt at home knowing they were there to provide any support you might need.

You are always welcome here at Villa Casa Loma. Your visit was certainly fun-packed. Thanks for the memories! Good food, great views, surrounded by fascinating people and things to see and do...The fun never ends here. Come, check out the wildlife: Birds, monkeys, coatimundi, jaguars, feral cats of every size and description, deer, foxes,
anteaters and more inhabit out private preserve surrounding the Villas. Nature is always just a glance away. Tranquility is second only to natural beauty here in our little corner of Paradise. Costa Rica is missing you! PURA VIDA!! Tom and Igor

HEAVEN ON EARTH
My husband and I have visited many tropical places. Villas Casa Loma ranks right up there with the best vacations that we have had. Tom and Igor are terrific hosts and are alway available with suggestions for special experiences offered by this fascinating area.
We often took advantage of both pools when not relaxing on our private terrace and balcony. Enjoying the sights, sounds and surf on nearby beaches was a "no-brainer". With friends we visited a coffee plantation and sampled superb natural honey, visited a nearby indigenous village and discovered more spectacular beaches on just one of our day trips!.
Planning an evening of fine dining and entertainment with friends was always rewarding. We never tired of the variety of fine restaurants and venues offered in the area. Wonderful variety of foods in exotic settings!
Three world class golf courses are within easy reach! Go surfing, body-boarding, sailing, stand up paddling, horseback riding, zip lining, biking, birding, exploring, river rafting, on shore and offshore fishing and much more are readily available for active holidayer!
Getting around is easy, too. We only wish that our holiday agenda offered more time to participate in it all, but we're working on it!

Thanks for the kind review, Klara Anne! We really enjoyed your visit here and anticipate your coming back again soon. Lots more to see and do. The next time, perhaps you will bring your golf clubs and sample at least one of the 3 world class courses in our area.
Inshore and offshore fishing is another exciting possibility. Perhaps the best time for offshore fishing is in May - June, but any time at all will offer memorable experiences on the high seas...
Exciting things are always here, from shopping sprees to beaching, from horseback riding to bird watching trips!
You are in for a special experience the next time you come: A new restaurant has opened just up the beach which is non plus ultra! The place is called Casa Camelion and is absolutely gorgeous! Great, GREAT food - ambience and views fit for a queen!! You will love it! We are looking forward to your return to our little corner of Paradise soon. We will be waiting for you!

Happy repeat visitor!
What a great place to visit in Guanacaste! This time we have stayed for 10 days in a Villa No 2 with breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding greenery. There are flowers everywhere and birds and butterflies.This was not our first visit. We loved it before and came back more than once.Photographs on the web site represent this property accurately. The rooms are large with complete kitchen facilities, and everything is well maintained and clean. Owners are very helpful and go beyond the call of duty. Pools are large and very well maintained. We have recommended this property to many friends and many have come for a visit here as well. There are great beaches nearby, great restaurants, nearby volcanos, incredible spas and sanctuaries,zip line attractions,horse back riding...just a perfect vacation...a place to get away from it all. We always enjoy our visit and will come back again.

Once again we had the pleasure of your company ... Unfortunately, it was all too brief! ... You kept yourselves very busy both around the property and touring the area. Perhaps the next visit you will try your hands at climbing the 700 + stairs that we just completed for a secial vista of the ocean at sunset... Two Weeks in Paradise
Our two stays with Igor and Tom were so enjoyable we recommended their establishment to others, who then felt the same way - a beautiful location and grounds, clean and efficient administration, a pretty and peaceful close-to-good-beaches location, interesting excursion opportunities and much more. Awesome
Villas Casa Lomas is great. We stayed a month. Tom and Igor treated us like family. They took us to village functions,
and to different restaurants. They were so helpful with information on rental cars and outings to other parts of Costa Rica. The villas are beautiful and the company was great fun.
You will enjoy the great views and beautiful beaches...Classic Costa Rican resort.
We are anxious to visit Tom and Igor again.

Tropicak paradise with the comfort of a home
I was pleasantly surprised by the hosts of the complex where I stayed. Their friendliness and genuine willingness to help you to find your way around in the area was just what I needed. I felt at home. The room that I stayed in was very well appointed and private. The pool and the atmosphere around it was fabulous where I mingled with other guests and in the process made some new friends. The view and location is great. Being on the hill gave me the sense of security and privacy. Sunsets out of this world. Close proximity to local supermarket made my stay that much more affordable. I would definitely come back!

We are always delighted to hear from our past guests It is interesting that so many have become friends! We are continuing to build and add to our property and are adding new and interesting places to visit in the area as well... For example, this weekend we are going to Lola's Norte Restaurant which is a new addition to Playa Penca. The next time you come, you must try it, too. Lots of new restaurants and interesting things to see and do here, too. The social calendar here is always a-buzz with fun things to do and experience.... Mardi Gras is now in full swing here in Flamingo, with lots of activities, event nights music , dancing and private parties to celebrate the begining of Lent... About the neighbourhood
Villas Casa Loma is situated on a gentle hillside offering fantastic vistas of the Ocean, Marina, hills and valleys of our private dry tropical forest reserve. Monkey, parrots, a wide variety of birds, wild cats, anteaters, turtles, coatimundi, pizotes, butterflies, hummingbirds call Villas Casa Loma their home.
After a restful night lulled by gentle sounds of waves, enjoy a refreshing cup of excellent Costa Rican coffee followed by a discovery walk around the grounds to discover a large varieties of tropical flowers, mangos, coconuts, papayas, bananas, limes, naranjas, mandarinas, guava and other tropical fruits. "Finders, keepers!"
Getting around
Just 55 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR). We are located about 3 km. from Brasilito on the way to Flamingo Beach. At the Banco Nacional building drive 300 meters east - (direction of Potrero). First driveway on the right side. There is a large sign that reads: "LOMAS FLAMINGO - VILLAS CASA LOMA" at the public road. Go up the paved driveway on your right side for approx. 150 meters & through a pair of gates. You have arrived. -The nearest beach, restaurants, banks, bars, are located within a10 minutes gentle walk - other restaurants, shops, etc. are located close by as well.There are several touring agencies close by. Bookings are easily made for land tours, boating, fishing, horseback riding, Canopy and ATV tours, etc.

Just 55 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR), we are located about 3 km. from Brasilito on the way to Flamingo Beach. At the Banco Nacional building drive 300 meters east - (direction of Potrero). First driveway on the right side. You have arrived in our little corner of Paradise!
