The Space
Villa La Canta Rana is well located and in a quiet neighbourgh. The Living room and dining space are an open concept. Living room & dining room open to the lanai/Pool Area. The Kitchen features High End appliances and dining room seat 6. The house is on one level. To the right of the Main Entrance door down an hallway is located the master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite masterBath and master closet. The master has large Bay windows and French doors opening to the Pool Area.
To the left of the main Entrance an hallway takes you to the office with desk and a futton to accomodate an extra sleeping guest. Further down the hallway to your left you will find the laundry room with washer/dryer and extra fridge/sink and door leading to the garage.
