Perfect recipe for a disaster
The place is horrible.
Sheets are bad.
Washroom was stinking.
Tried staying but had to leave after 2 hours.
Cockroaches started coming at around 6pm.
Worst stay eve.
Mr. Marwah, the owner started showing attitude while providing refund. ultimately we had to file dispute and get refund back.

Spectacular!
Just completed another exceptional stay with Rajesh, his family and staff. The welcome, hospitality, care and attention here is second to none. 10/10 on all fronts. I will certainly be returning in 2024.

Excellent Studio Apartment
I stayed here for 17 nights. It was couple visit. Room is very good. I feel like home and have all modern facilities. Vegetable market and restaurant are very close to the property.
I recommend to stay here if anyone wants to feel home.

I came here on March 16 th, first when I came to the locality, I was little apprehensive about the safety, and remembered the " Taken " movie , because the buildings are very old , and with worn paints, and area is clumsy. Once I entered into the apartment I was so happy, it was very clean and very well maintained.It has 3 beds, with gas, cooking utensils, and washing machine. After I met the owner Rajesh and his family, and his workers I felt like I was at home. It is in the central location. American Embassy and the passports
I p ick up place s less than 1 km. I really enjoyed the Kolkata food. The north indian dishes, and Italian dishes in Don Giovanni, Oriental food , music, and ambience in Trinica, and its competitor Mocambo, cheap and tasty rolles of Kusum Rolles we will not forget. All these are walkable distance from this apartment. I got cheaper accommodation near new town but I didn't go there because I don't want to miss this place. I extended my stay for another 8 days, but my work was finished in 5 days, Rajesh refunded the 3 days amount, which is greatly appreciable. I came on March 16 th, and leaving today March 30 th, I truly enjoyed this place , and the people. Thank you.

Rajesh is an excellent host. Well maintain and very hygienic Appartments.

Comfortable stay
We really had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. It's quite spacious and well furnished. The host was very polite and careful. The space really very clean

To reach our Apartment at 3A, Ripon Street, 3rd Floor (24 hour lift), please take a pre paid taxi from the airport/ station asking for drop at Mayflower Nursing Home at Ripon Street.
Type " Service Apartments Park Street" in radio cab destination pop up or on your Google map.
It costs between Rs 350/400 by taxi to our apartment from the airport.
The nearby landmarks of importance are Mayflower Nursing Home/ Police Wireless HQ. Our PINK COLOURED corner building is on the opposite lane between Police Wireless HQ & Mayflower Nursing Home.
Prominent signboards on our building is FEDEX, NATIONAL INSURANCE, ELLENBERRIE
