It is quiet & peaceful yet only a few metres away from dozens of shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. It is the whole of the top floor of a private 3 storey house with a large, well equipped balcony & private entrance from the street on the floor below. There ia a 'welcome' pack of basic foodstuff & free toiletries are provided. The apartment has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen/diner & new shower room, all finished to a high standard.
