The owner of the house doesn't live on the property. The next beach Pical is only a few minutes walking away and the supermarket only 150m. The apartment for 2-4 personen with a floor area of 57m2 is located on the groundfloor and consist of spacious bedroom with double bed, kitchen with living and dining room with a pull-out couch for 2 persons – all in one space and shower/toilet. Air condition and wireless internet connection are available The house owner does not live in the house and private parking is available in the front of the house.
