Execente ubicación, familiar, muy cómodo, tranquilo y seguro. La vista hacia el mar es precioso. Totalmente equipado, muy buena atención de su dueña. 100% recomendable!

Muy buen departamento, con vista y cerca de la playa y todas las comodidades
El depto es muy comodo y tiene una vista increible, la piscina no la usamos xq nos gusta la playa, la parrilla si como buenos argentinos y esta genial y los chicos de seguridad muy buena la atencion al igual q la administradora o dueña, realmente volveria y la super recomendaria. Volvimos muy contentos con La Serena y la atencion y el respeto en gral de los chilenos y los servicios q te ofrecen. Muchas gracias x permitir q nuestra estadia haya sido mas q satisfactoria. Saludos Monica

Excelente experiencia
Estuvimos en este departamento la primera semana de enero, la verdad es que se paso!!, super bien ubicado, a pasos de todo lo entretenido de la Avenida del Mar, con una vista preciosa, el departamento esta nuevo y se nota que muy bien cuidado, daba gusto salir y tambien llegar a él. 1000% recomendado!!! Muy simpaticos ademas los dueños.

Estadia en diciembre 2015
Estuvimos parando en el departamento con mi novia y mi hermano con su mujer y su hijo, la verdad uno de los mejores departamentos que me ha tocado hospedarme en relación precio calidad, vista al mar, dos baños, impecable amplio y nuevo, todos los utensillos de cocina, lavarropa, como único defecto es que el edificio aún no contaba con internet (wi fi) por lo que era muy nuevo, pero supongo que ahora debe tener las conexiones.
Sin duda recomendable y volveré ahí si voy a La Serena.

Muy bueno a un paso de Excelente
El Dpto es Muy bueno a un paso de excelente. Excelente acceso, ubicación, seguridad, vista, habitaciones, sanitarios, cocina, living comedor equipado adecuadamente, todo moderno y nuevo, perfectamente limpio.
Estimo falta Tv en habitación niños, ademas de internet, chequearía cierre de aberturas a balcon y reeemplazaría cortinados ya que eran defectuosos.
El precio que efectivamente aboné es considerablemte superior a dptos de la misma categoria y edificio.

Encantador y Relajante
He viajado a La Serena junto a mi Familia. Nuestra estadía ha sido muy grata junto a la playa, es un departamento muy privado y seguro. Bien implementado.
