Fantastic loft type apartment overlooking the biggest park! In January 2018 new windows were put in this amazing loft, views of the entire city and yet total privacy! Wonderful open kitchen with large countertop space and a breakfast bar. and after that the dining area and the giant wide open living room! Windows on 3 sides which can open a lot and create an amazing breeze in the place. 2 Spacious bedrooms with views of the church towers and the moonrise. Full pressure shower, spacious laundry area with washing machine. Fast internet. Because of the windows which can open very much we believe it best to keep an eye on children! It is a normal residential building so after 10 you shouldn't make much noise.

We personally will probably only get back to Brazil end of 2018, but we always have support near by and many of them speak english well. I have a guy that solves any electrical issues on hand as well as one that works with plumbing. An american friend living in Porto Alegre is also always available to try and solve any issues you might run into. Also don't hesitate to ask us anything related to the city, my wife is from there and I lived there for over 10 years!

Stylish choice for leafy views over Porto Alegre

About the neighbourhood
The park leads a life of it's own. from sunrise to sunset people are exercising in and around the park, the sports areas even stay lit for a couple of hours after the sun leaves. On saturday there is an organic fair mostly directly from the local producers. On sunday you find a lovely flea market. Lunch restaurants all over and also many options in the evening, famous music bar Ocidente a couple of hundred meters down the road, Opiniao bar, where many international acts perform at a 15 minute walk. Gyms, yoga spaces and language schools all around the block!
Getting around
Fantastic apartment to live in, across the park, walking distance of various restaurants for everybody's likes, many vegetarian and vegan options as well. 2 Supermarkets,busses on all sides! 2 Bike Poa stops real close and various ridesharing apps!
